Sag Harbor OutPost Now Open!

Traveling to the Hamptons this summer? Oh, hey! We are too!

We are pourin’ love (and cold brew)  from 7 am to noon just inside Harlow East in Sag Harbor this summer.

The shop is right on the water, and the perfect spot to sit outside on the deck, read the paper, have a croissant and a coffee.

Look forward to seeing you!

Birch Loves You.

Birch 2.0 Has Arrived!

Dear Friends,

We cannot thank you enough for your patience over the past couple of months while our flagship store under-went construction, and then moved a hop, skip and jump down the block. It has meant the world, and reminded us repeatedly of why it is we do what we do. YOU.

We are NOW OPEN at 21 East 27th Street. Please come visit us there. We can’t wait to see you, lookin’ all fancy in the new space. The new door is 65 steps east (toward Madison) of the old space. That black, posh looking part of the wall on the block? That’s us!

See you soon, friend.

Birch LOVES You.

Birch Coffee in The New York Post!

The New York Post sat down with the Birch Guys and got the inside scoop of what it took to bring to life Birch Coffee. Paul Schlader and Jeremy Lyman both decided to open up a coffee shop despite the fact that “We were so green,” says Schlader. “I can’t stress enough that we didn’t know what we were doing.”

Elite Daily Writes Up Birch Real Nice…

Elite Daily published an article today in their Entrepreneurship section, praising Birch founders and the creative coffee culture they brought to NYC. By selling a product they love and believe in, and by following through with their intent to create, above all, a comfortable environment for the multitude of city-going caffeine consumers, our founders have simply redefined coffee shop success.

Read the full article here from Elite Dailyto hear about how our founders started out, where they are planning on heading,  and what exactly makes Birch so different from the coffee shop across the street. You might even find yourself taking the advice of our founder – the advice you’ve been looking for all along.
