All of Birch’s food and produce comes from local farms and growers who use environmentally friendly and safe practices. Our Chef, Evan Madden-Peister has been studying food and designing recipes for several years. His dedication to such practices is evident by merely glancing at our menu. He has taken many different flavors and mixed them all just right to give our customers a wide variety of choices without straying too far from our focus. We are confident that this care and attention to detail will keep our customers happy and continually trying something new without ever being disappointed.
In addition to our food and coffee, we will also be serving local wines, beers, and cheeses that use natural or organic cultivation procedures.
