It's been a number of years since we've showcased a Honduran coffee. When we met Harry and Letecia at Coffee Fest LA in 2022, we know it was time to share something from this area again. This particular lot comes from four different producers in the Ocotepeque region, where the temperate and cool climate is ideal for growing dense, heavy and flavorful coffees.

Varietals: Bourbon, Pacas, and Catuai

Favorite coffee!
I am a coffee addict, love the stuff. Birch coffee is by far the best flavor ever. I am on a subscription so it comes automatically and I hoard the stuff anyways in case there's a shortage!
