Our coffee producer, Juan, who also, happens to be a food engineer, wanted to create a unique coffee like no other. And boy oh boy, this one is a real peach! Using a honey process called osmotic dehydration, peaches are added to the tanks during the fermentation stage of the coffee. The result? A cup that's bursting with luscious fruit flavors, giving it a delightfully rich and rounded taste profile!
