A perfect storm of factors make this an exceptional coffee. Grown at an elevation that exposes it to hot days and cold nights stresses the plants to create natural sugars for protection! The ripe cherries are then picked & washed in clean spring water.

A specialized fermentation process adds complexity and brings out new characteristics that would otherwise not be present, creating a beautiful flavor in the cup.
