Welcome to Birch Coffee
We’re a coffee shop in Manhattan. We do breakfast, salads, sandwiches, beer, wine. We have a library. Sometimes we have events. We try to only serve food that is local, organic, or sustainable and ideally a combination of all three (but we love avocados and we live in New York.) Most of the time we just hang out and drink really great coffee sourced from farmers with shared values.
