I love that the flavors of the coffees are very different from others. A welcome change.

When you want more coffee but need to chill on the cafffeine
I never thought the day would come when I wanted to cut back on my caffeine intake. Ethel's Blend is perfect for just this. I still always have regular Birch Coffee first thing each more. Now when I undoubtedly want more coffee, but don't need additional caffeine, I can switch to Ethel's Blend. Same great quality we know and love from Birch - but with reduced caffeine so I can continue to enjoy my coffee later in the day. I am thrilled that Birch has started to offer this!
