Really good!

Slightly saline, citrusy, good fresh crema. It’s a very good blend. There is some extra bitterness which isn’t bad, but throws the balance off a bit. This is a subjective statement though. Mainly the coffee is fresh and evenly roasted.

Always Birch

I have tried a handful of NYC coffee shop beans and find I can dial in Birch so well because they are always so fresh! Never disappointed and love that they have a subscription that delivers free to my house.
