Advertising, Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

Birch Coffee does not sell personal information for money in the ordinary meaning of the word “sell.”

However, certain disclosures of identifiers or online activity to advertising or analytics partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for “targeted advertising” under some U.S. state privacy laws.
