Our Thoughts
Always evolving and never settling. The two most important things in our espresso are that a pure shot can stand alone second to none and that adding milk only elevates the experience. Your espresso-based milk drink should be nothing less than a delightful, smooth and silky treat.

Delicious whole beans!

I’ve bought whole beans from birch many times because the product is so good. You can’t go wrong with Emma’s espresso!

My search has ended

I am lucky to have had years of travel to and experience living in Brazil. I also am a coffee lover. My experience is that the best Brazilian coffee ( as well as other selections ) are in my own backyard at Birch. Thank you Birch for saving me thousands of miles traveling for the best coffee ever!

Emma’s espresso is the bomb!

Emma’s espresso is my favorite bean I’ve found so far for espresso. I usually switch up what I use for espresso every time I run out of a bag. But I’ve stuck with Emma’s three bags in a row. Roast is on the dark side of medium but still has a lot of character but isn’t too acidic at the same time. I always get a great texture too.
